Meet Our Veterinary Team
Meet the veterinarians & team of Full Circle Veterinary Care! We’re pleased to provide exceptional vet care for your pets!
Meet Our Welcoming Committee!
Meet Tungsten, Mercury, and Artemis, Dr. Early’s Golden Retriever! These friendly faces are part of our welcoming committee and love representing our clinic. While they may be the faces you see first, there’s an entire team of amazing people behind them who are ready to care for you and your pets.
Give us a call or stop by to meet the rest of our wonderful staff. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry family members!
Tungsten
This is Tungsten, our full-time clinic mascot and part-time chaos coordinator. His official duties include welcoming every human who walks through the door, supervising appointments he was not invited to, and reminding staff that playtime is a medical necessity.
He loves toys, laps, keyboards, and you. Especially you. If you stop petting him, he will simply assume you forgot and politely remind you with his face. Personal space is a myth he does not believe in.
Warning: You may come in for your pet and leave with a new best friend. Side effects include smiling, laughter, and being followed down the hallway by a very confident cat.
Mercury
Meet Mercury: Our Resident Shy Superstar 🌙
This is Mercury, our elusive clinic celebrity. You may not see her… but rest assured, she has seen you. From a safe, cozy distance. Probably with judgment. And stunning eyes—one green, one blue—because matching is optional when you’re born fabulous.
Mercury prefers quiet corners, soft voices, and observing the world like the beautiful silver-furred enigma she is. She’s not big on making grand entrances, but if you’re lucky enough to catch a glimpse, congratulations: you’ve been blessed by the clinic’s most exclusive feature.
Please admire from afar, whisper compliments respectfully, and know that behind the scenes, Mercury is absolutely running the place.

Dr. Heather Dahl
DVM
Dr. Heather Dahl grew up in Glenwood Springs Colorado. She has always loved animals and knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. She attended the CSU undergraduate program to continue her life goal of becoming a veterinarian. While at CSU she met her now husband Jake, a striking young Nevada cowboy, who she has been married to for 29 years. After graduating CSU undergraduate program with a Bachelor of Science she applied to vet school and graduated in 2003. Dr. Dahl is active on her days of breeding, showing, and training her Shetland Sheepdogs and Reining Quarter horses. I am really excited to join the Full Circle Veterinary team and looking forward to getting to know everyone and their pets.
Dr. Merideth Early
DVM/Owner
I can proudly say that I am a Colorado and Weld County native. I was born in Greeley but grew up in Nunn, where I lived for my entire childhood. Growing up, my family enjoyed camping, rafting, and exploring all parts of Colorado. There is very little of the state I haven’t been to at least once. In 2013 my family and I moved to Johnstown, and it has been a wonderful decision.
As far as my journey to becoming a veterinarian, I was pretty certain I would be a doctor when I grew up, but I took some time off between high school and college. During that time, I started working in a vet clinic in Evans and discovered that I have a passion for veterinary medicine. I love that I can be doing surgery one day and the next seeing a myriad of pets, allowing me to learn something new almost every day. I’m a puzzle lover, and this career is a perfect fit for that passion as well.
Once I decided to be a vet, I returned to school and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. This re-awakened a passion I had as a child as well. I love using a microscope, and yep, I’ll say it, I love poop! It can tell us so much about what is going on with a pet. I also worked in an immunology lab which means I have a good understanding of vaccinations and immune responses.
I finished my schooling at CSU College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Science, obtaining my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2011. Since then, I have been practicing in Weld County, where I enjoy seeing people and pets I’ve known for a long time as well as many, many new faces. I achieved my long-time dream of owning my own clinic in October of 2023- celebrating my opening day on my birthday. Most important of all is that I love connecting with people and their pets. I believe in collaborative care and helping you find the care that works best for you and your furry family member’s needs.
Dr. Malinda Dosch
DVM
I have lived in Colorado since 1978 and was, before this, a resident of New Jersey. I graduated from veterinary school in 2003 from Colorado Status University. Prior to going back to school for an advanced degree, I was a medical transcriptionist for nearly ten years.
I have been practicing veterinary medicine in Weld County since I graduated. I was at All Pet Animal Clinic in Evans, CO, right out of school for about nine years. Then I moved to Pawz Veterinary Hospital in Firestone, CO, for about five years. Most recently, I was at Sheep Draw Veterinary Hospital for about four years. I have now moved to Full Circle Veterinary Care for a new adventure in small-town veterinary practice.
I see dogs and cats only, but I love all my patients—especially those smaller patients who need extra love. I am really enjoying my experience so far in Johnstown and love our clientele.
I have two grown children that live locally but don’t visit their mom often enough. I love living in Colorado, driving in snow and mud, and I am an avid reader. I have a huge library of already-read books in my house, as well as multiple stacks of books that I need to read. I have a collection of TY beanie babies. I am glad to be working in a small family clinic and would be happy to help you with any veterinary needs.
