Mackenzie

RVT

Hello, my name is Mackenzie. I have been a registered vet tech for almost 4 years now. I graduated from Front Range Community College with my A.A.S in Veterinary Technology in May of 2020. I’ve always had a passion for caring and advocating for animals. My husband and I have three wonderful dogs of our own. In my spare time, I spend most of it coaching high school cheerleading, but I also enjoy reading, hiking, and traveling the world. I just recently joined the Full Circle family and am so excited to be here! I look forward to meeting all the wonderful clients and their cute fur babies.

Nurse

Emily Fosdick Early is a Veterinary Nurse/Dr. Early’s (favorite) daughter. She is a student at CSU who plans to major in Biochemistry before heading off to Law School. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and playing with her golden retrievers, Ares and Percy.

Jacque

RVT

Jacque is an adventurous spirit. You see it in her career as a registered veterinary technician (RVT) and her hobbies and love of travel.
Since joining Full Circle Veterinary Care in July 2025, Jacque has become a valued team member. When your pet is sick or hurt, Jacque is exactly who you want by their side. She’s steady, focused, and knows just when to offer a gentle touch or a reassuring word.
When a pet needs surgery or close monitoring during anesthesia, Jacque is steady and focused, keeping a careful eye on every detail. She’s also great with pet parents, taking the time to talk with them and answer their questions in a way that feels approachable and easy to understand.
Jacque’s home is filled with family and pets. Her dog, Popcorn, and her three cats, Optimus Prime, Kitty Pants, and Machismo, bring lots of playtime and cuddles. Outside of work, Jacque enjoys staying active and creative. She’s an avid trap shooter, loves hangin out with friends, and can easily get lost in a good puzzle or book.
Jacque loves building strong connections with pets and their people at Full Circle Veterinary Care. She knows every interaction matters and is an opportunity to heal and comfort. Jacque enjoys being part of a team that values compassion and quality care, and she takes pride in making sure each pet feels safe and well cared for—just like they would at home.

Yasmine

Veterinary Assistant

Yasmine is a dedicated Veterinary Assistant with six years of hands-on experience supporting patient care and assisting veterinary teams in fast-paced clinical settings. She is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician degree while working full time, demonstrating her strong commitment to growth and excellence in veterinary medicine.
Outside of work, Yasmine enjoys spending time with family and friends—whether that’s taking spontaneous trips, hosting game nights, having fun at concerts, or getting out to socialize. She’s also a proud dog mom to two pups: Gordo, a 10-year-old Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix, and Blue, a 4-year-old Boxer/Heeler mix.

Morgan

Morgan is one of our newest veterinary assistants with 7 years of experience in the field. She is passionate about providing a safe and fear-free environment while your loved ones are at the vet. In her free time, she loves reading fantasy books and spending time outside with her horse and three-legged tabby.

Bryce

Bryce relocated to Colorado in 2019 to pursue a degree in Zoology at Colorado State University, graduating in 2023. With approximately three years of experience working in the veterinary field, Bryce brings valuable expertise to the team. Outside of work, Bryce enjoys snowboarding, camping, and backpacking, and values spending time with two dogs and three cats.

Julissa

Julissa has been part of the veterinary field since 2016, beginning as a curious kennel technician and steadily advancing to a veterinary assistant, and eventually growing into a veterinary technician. Her passion for animals has been the driving force behind her dedication to the field, and she finds great joy in providing care to those in need.

At home, Julissa shares her life with a lively 3-year-old Shih Tzu named Wilbur, who keeps her entertained and is always ready for an adventure. She enjoys hiking and discovering new places to explore with Wilbur. In her free time, Julissa loves traveling, sampling new food spots around Colorado, thrifting, and spending nights out in the city.

Among the many things Julissa appreciates about Full Circle Veterinary Care are the hospital cats, the welcoming atmosphere, and her coworkers, who help make each day enjoyable.

Kim

Kim transitioned to veterinary medicine after a lengthy career in the salon and beauty industry. Throughout her veterinary journey, she has taken on various roles, including Practice Manager, Regional Operations Director for a corporate veterinary group, and positions in veterinary diagnostics and online pharmacy customer success.

Kim and her husband relocated to Colorado to be closer to their children and grandchildren, and are now embarking on their next chapter in retirement. Working part-time at Full Circle is Kim’s retirement adventure, offering her a chance to remain connected to a field she loves while embracing a slower pace of life.

Currently, Kim enjoys life with a lively group of pets and grand-dogs—a Golden Retriever, a French Bulldog, two English Goldens, and a Ragdoll cat. When not surrounded by furry companions, Kim and her husband enjoy exploring the scenic beauty of Colorado, traveling, and spending quality time with their three grandchildren.

Kristen

Kristen is one of the first people you’ll meet when you walk through our doors. As a veterinary receptionist, she loves helping pet parents feel comfortable and supported—whether that means scheduling appointments, answering questions, or sneaking in a few extra cuddles with visiting pets.

At home, she is kept busy by her two dogs: a lovable Golden Retriever who believes everyone is a best friend, and a skeptical Giant Schnauzer. Living with both a gentle goofball and a clever protector has given her a deep appreciation for the unique needs of every pet.

Jacqui

Jacqui made the bold decision to move west in the fall of 2025 and is loving every moment of it. She is a proud mom to her incredible son and to her Staffy, Bailey. Their move to this area has truly been life changing. Jacqui is currently captivated by the local eagles, moose, and the beautiful views. With many years of experience working in the veterinary field, she finds the greatest joy in connecting with clients and their furry family members.

Justin

Justin is an avid animal lover who was born and raised in south Florida and relocated to Colorado about two years ago. He is a proud pet parent to a cat named Mew (named after the Pokémon) and two dogs, Nova (a Husky) and Ellie (a Border Collie). In addition to his fur children, Justin is also a dedicated father to a four-year-old child who shares his love for animals, especially cats. With several years of experience in the veterinary field, Justin is currently pursuing his RVT license and aspires to become a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He is excited to be a part of the amazing team at Full Circle Veterinary Care and looks forward to providing pets with the best care possible.

Dr. Heather Dahl

DVM

Dr. Heather Dahl grew up in Glenwood Springs Colorado. She has always loved animals and knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. She attended the CSU undergraduate program to continue her life goal of becoming a veterinarian. While at CSU she met her now husband Jake, a striking young Nevada cowboy, who she has been married to for 29 years. After graduating CSU undergraduate program with a Bachelor of Science she applied to vet school and graduated in 2003. Dr. Dahl is active on her days of breeding, showing, and training her Shetland Sheepdogs and Reining Quarter horses. I am really excited to join the Full Circle Veterinary team and looking forward to getting to know everyone and their pets.

Dr. Merideth Early

DVM/Owner

I can proudly say that I am a Colorado and Weld County native. I was born in Greeley but grew up in Nunn, where I lived for my entire childhood. Growing up, my family enjoyed camping, rafting, and exploring all parts of Colorado. There is very little of the state I haven’t been to at least once. In 2013 my family and I moved to Johnstown, and it has been a wonderful decision.

As far as my journey to becoming a veterinarian, I was pretty certain I would be a doctor when I grew up, but I took some time off between high school and college. During that time, I started working in a vet clinic in Evans and discovered that I have a passion for veterinary medicine. I love that I can be doing surgery one day and the next seeing a myriad of pets, allowing me to learn something new almost every day. I’m a puzzle lover, and this career is a perfect fit for that passion as well.

Once I decided to be a vet, I returned to school and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. This re-awakened a passion I had as a child as well. I love using a microscope, and yep, I’ll say it, I love poop! It can tell us so much about what is going on with a pet. I also worked in an immunology lab which means I have a good understanding of vaccinations and immune responses.

I finished my schooling at CSU College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Science, obtaining my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2011. Since then, I have been practicing in Weld County, where I enjoy seeing people and pets I’ve known for a long time as well as many, many new faces. I achieved my long-time dream of owning my own clinic in October of 2023- celebrating my opening day on my birthday. Most important of all is that I love connecting with people and their pets. I believe in collaborative care and helping you find the care that works best for you and your furry family member’s needs.

Dr. Malinda Dosch

DVM

I have lived in Colorado since 1978 and was, before this, a resident of New Jersey. I graduated from veterinary school in 2003 from Colorado Status University. Prior to going back to school for an advanced degree, I was a medical transcriptionist for nearly ten years.

I have been practicing veterinary medicine in Weld County since I graduated. I was at All Pet Animal Clinic in Evans, CO, right out of school for about nine years. Then I moved to Pawz Veterinary Hospital in Firestone, CO, for about five years. Most recently, I was at Sheep Draw Veterinary Hospital for about four years. I have now moved to Full Circle Veterinary Care for a new adventure in small-town veterinary practice.

I see dogs and cats only, but I love all my patients—especially those smaller patients who need extra love. I am really enjoying my experience so far in Johnstown and love our clientele.

I have two grown children that live locally but don’t visit their mom often enough. I love living in Colorado, driving in snow and mud, and I am an avid reader. I have a huge library of already-read books in my house, as well as multiple stacks of books that I need to read. I have a collection of TY beanie babies. I am glad to be working in a small family clinic and would be happy to help you with any veterinary needs.
